Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original packaging. Exchange requests can be processed for size or color changes within the same timeframe. Please note that items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration cannot be accepted.

To initiate a return or exchange, contact our customer care team with your order number and reason. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds or exchanges will be processed within 5-7 business days.
