Dear Customer,
Thank you for shopping with Cozy Kids. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the guidelines below:

• Exchange requests are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.
• The product must be sent back to our warehouse within this period in its original, unused and unworn condition.
• Customers are required to send the parcel to the return address mentioned below through any reliable courier service.
• Once we receive and inspect the returned product, an exchange voucher/store credit will be issued, which can be used to place a new order on our website.
• Courier charges for returning an item will normally be paid by the customer. However, if you received an incorrect or defective product, Cozy Kids will assist with the return delivery charges.
• Please mention your Name and Order ID clearly on the parcel. Parcels without customer/order details may not be processed.
• Sale, clearance and promotional items are non-refundable.
