Introduction:
Welcome to Cozy Kids. By accessing or using our website, you agree to the terms and conditions mentioned below. Our website allows customers to browse, select, and purchase baby clothing, accessories, and related products (“Products” or “Goods”). These Terms of Service may be updated or changed at any time without prior notice.
Product Information:
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, sizes, colors, prices, and other information displayed on our website are as accurate as possible. However, slight variations in color or appearance may occur due to photography, lighting, or different screen displays.
Pricing & Typographical Errors:
In case a product is displayed with an incorrect price, description, quantity, or other information due to a typographical or technical error, Cozy Kids reserves the right to cancel or refuse the order. This applies even if the order has already been confirmed.
We also reserve the right to update product prices, information, promotions, or website content at any time without prior notice.
Order Acceptance:
Placing an order on our website does not automatically guarantee acceptance. Cozy Kids reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock unavailability, incorrect information, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or any other reasonable circumstances.
Payment Methods:
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and Bank Transfer/Deposit for orders within Pakistan.
Customers selecting bank transfer may be required to provide payment confirmation before their order is processed.
Shipping & Delivery:
A flat Rs. 200 shipping fee applies to orders across Pakistan.
Orders are generally delivered within 3–5 working days. Karachi orders may be delivered within approximately 1–2 working days.
During sales, promotions, public holidays, or periods of high order volume, delivery may take slightly longer than usual.
Exchange & Returns:
Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition. Return courier charges are the customer's responsibility unless the customer receives an incorrect or defective product.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, an exchange voucher may be issued to place a new order.
Sale or promotional items may not be eligible for refunds.
Product Availability:
All products are subject to availability. If an ordered product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we may contact the customer to offer an alternative product or cancel the affected item.
Intellectual Property:
All content available on the Cozy Kids website, including logos, product images, graphics, text, designs, and branding, is the property of Cozy Kids unless otherwise stated.
The content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior permission.
Limitation of Liability:
Cozy Kids will not be responsible for delays or issues caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays, weather conditions, strikes, public holidays, technical issues, or other unforeseen events.
Changes to Terms:
Cozy Kids reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will become effective once published on the website.
